Here are some highlights of his experience and training:1981-Present--Owned and managed landscape & irrigation company, personal experience in all phases of landscape design, construction & maintenance. 1988,89,90--Instructor--Santa Barbara City College Landscape Horticulture Program--Subjects taught include water management, hydraulics, irrigation equipment & installation, and water conservation 1984-- California Landscape Contractor's License 1986--California Real Estate License 1984--Graduate--Santa Barbara City College Landscape Horticulture Program with Honors in Landscape Maintenance 1982-Present--Member of the Board of Directors, Santa Barbara Horticulture Society 1979--Purchased 3 acre Avocado orchard. Renovated orchard, installed automatic irrigation system, built new home, remodeled existing structure & landscaped surroundings. Continue to upgrade landscape & expand facilities for personal & professional living environment. 1979-81 -- Foreman, PCSB Landscape Maintenance, Responsible for hiring, training, supervising & evaluating crew of 5-12 persons. 1978-79 -- Foreman, Morehart Ranch -- Supervised lemon harvest, erosion control, fencing, & irrigation. 1976 -- University of California, Santa Barbara, B.
